Planning a wedding comes with so many moving pieces, and having someone handle our hotel block so efficiently was one less thing I had to worry about.
Sarah was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions promptly, kept me updated every step of the way, and made everything so easy to understand. I never felt overwhelmed or confused because she guided me through every detail.
She secured a wonderful hotel for our guests, negotiated a great group rate, and handled all of the communication with the hotel. What would have taken me hours of researching, emailing, and comparing options was completely taken off my plate.

★★★★★ My fiance and I are getting married in Honolulu Hawaii and had a difficult time trying to find hotel blocks and understanding all the rules, concessions and more. I stumbled upon Kleinfield through a reddit post and reached out to them. Sara Hess has helped us from September 2025 until now (March 2026) to help us find a hotel perfect for us, our family, and friends. She provided a spreadsheet with information about all the hotels, their discounts, rates and more info. We did have a bit of a back and forth because some of the information on the spreadsheet didn't translate to the contracts that we received from the hotels or there were hidden stuff that weren't included/updated in the spreadsheet so we did have to go back and forth a few times with different hotels. But, Sara always stayed in contact with the hotels and made the process a lot easier for us. Thanks so much to them and her team!

The hotel she originally wanted was booking at almost $900/night… far too much for our wedding guests! We worked with Marcie who was phenomenal! She was so patient, thorough and responsive. ★★★★★ Sara Hess is a superstar! The most stressful part of having a wedding in New York is the cost it has for guests coming in from other states. Being able to find Kleinfield Hotel Blocks was a lifesaver. They do all the hard work for you, find NUMEROUS hotels, so many bundles and perks and waived fees, and provided helpful information on rates and distance from the venue. It was such a relief being able to get such a great hotel block for our guests and make the journey up to NY more memorable and comfortable!
